Is BXMedia part of TikTok?

No. It is an independent tool. Connected features depend on TikTok and TikTok Shop authorization, availability and rules.

Does an invitation guarantee a commission?

Joining is free, with no purchase or top-up required. Invitations alone earn no reward. Once a directly invited creator earns eligible settled sales commissions, TAP funds an additional referral reward of 10% of those commissions without deducting from that creator. Indirect invitations earn no reward.

Where can I check a reward's status?

The app separately shows product commission records, reward points and request status. TAP handles reward payment requests and pays manually through external channels such as PayPal. Submission, approval or payment initiation does not confirm receipt; check your actual receiving account.

Can I get help without the app?

Yes. Support and account-deletion pages explain how to contact the team even if you cannot sign in.
