If you receive a commission, sample, payment or other incentive, identify the commercial relationship where required. Use TikTok disclosure tools and a clear indication for your audience; do not hide it among hashtags.
03. Authentic content
Describe real experience, verify claims and respect image, music and trademark rights. Avoid exaggerated promises and fictional testimonials. Products must meet Mexican and TikTok Shop restrictions.
04. Responsible invitations
Joining is free, with no purchase or top-up. Referral rewards are 10% of directly invited creators' eligible settled sales commissions, funded additionally by TAP without deduction from those creators. There are no indirect referral rewards or rewards for recruitment alone. Recruitment fees, guaranteed earnings and pressured invitations are prohibited. Points cannot be purchased or transferred; TAP handles payment requests through external channels.
05. Protect data
